RAW MATERIAL STERILIZATION

We offer sterilization of both our own raw materials and those provided by the customer, using a modern Raphanel System steam sterilizer. If you wish to use the raw material sterilization service (seeds, spices, herbs), please contact our consultants.

RELIABILITY | The sterilizer we employ has a capacity of approximately 1.5 m³/h and an effectiveness factor in excess of 99.9%.

EFFICIENCY | The use of innovative technologies and work on improving the steam sterilization method minimise the losses of active ingredients in spices, seeds and herbs.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SOLUTION | Thanks to the use of pressurised steam as a neutral sterilizing agent, the sterilization process is conducted in an ecological manner.
