Steam sterilization
Steam sterilization is an effective method of eliminating microorganisms using high-temperature steam.
In our plant, we use this process on two independent lines, using steam to eliminate microorganisms, bacteria, mould and viruses. With over 10 years of experience, we provide not only modern technology, but above all, proven solutions that allow us to maintain full control over the entire process.
Thanks to this approach, the product retains its key sensory and organoleptic properties – such as taste, smell and colour. Modern technologies also enable the protection of active and health-promoting substances contained in the raw material, which makes the final product stand out on the market.

Cryogenic grinding
Cryogenic grinding is a modern processing technology that involves cooling raw materials to very low temperatures, most often using liquid nitrogen, and then grinding them under controlled conditions.
This method is ideal for processing delicate ingredients such as spices, herbs, and seeds. Maximum precision is key in this process to preserve their natural properties.
Low temperature limits the oxidation and decomposition of nutrients, flavors, and dyes, allowing our products to retain their full value and intense flavor.
Our production lines are equipped with advanced cryogenic systems that enable fast, precise and efficient grinding of even the most demanding raw materials.

Pillow type packaging
Weights from 0.5 kg to 15 kg
A classic pillow type packaging is equipped with three seals: one longitudinal (continuous) and two crimped seals – at the top and bottom.
This universal bag is perfect for packing almost any type of solid product. This solution is very popular due to its simple form, affordable price, as well as ease of storage and convenience of transport.
Stabilo stand-up packaging
Sealed at the four corners into an envelope

Stand-up pouches with four edge seals are characterized primarily by stability. Thanks to the special construction with seals on each side, the packaging remains rigid and holds its vertical position well. It is ideal for packaging loose products and small items, ensuring aesthetic appearance and ease of use.
Cleaning
The X-ray inspection machine for bulk food products, equipped with an X-ray detector, was designed for precise sorting of grains, seeds and other bulk materials.
The Meyer device is widely used in the final stages of production, effectively detecting contaminants such as metal balls, wires and glass fragments.

Oil pressing
Oil pressing is the process of mechanically extracting oil from selected raw materials. Depending on the type of product and individual customer’s needs, we offer hot pressing, adapting the process parameters to the expected properties and application of the final product.
Hot pressing is performed at an elevated temperature, usually in the range of 80–120°C. This not only increases the efficiency of the entire process, but also improves the stability of the oil by deactivating enzymes and microorganisms.
